Blood Sausage
I was inspired by Anthony Bourdain to try some blood sausage. I know he loved blood sausage so I went to the butcher shop and picked up a package of blood sausage and cooked it up. It had a nasty texture to it but once I kept eating it the taste was actually pretty good. The after taste was amazing and it paired well with mashed potatoes and applesauce. May Anthony Bourdain live out all his dreams in Elysian Fields. RIP Anthony Bourdain.
